Are children allowed in the salon?

We actually love kiddos!… Just not in the salon. We understand it can be hard to leave your babies with a sitter, but we strive to provide a relaxing environment for ALL our clients. In our experience, we have found it is very difficult for children to sit for sometimes 2-4 hours while you get your hair done. Sorry but your stylist is NOT your baby sitter. This is YOUR relaxing time too and we want you to enjoy yourself. So, please respect our other clients time and leave the kiddos at home!

Do you offer hair extensions?

We do! At JHL, we have multiple stylists certified to do most hair extension methods. You must book a consultation FIRST with a stylist, prior to a hair extension installation appointment. We only install/work with hair purchased from Juniper Hair Lounge.

Do you offer shipping on your retail items?

Absolutely! We have all sorts of things available for purchase in the salon. Hair care, hair accessories, and even some superrrr cute lifestyle items such as gold filled jewelry and hats! All items are available to be shipped anywhere in the US.

Are pets allowed in the salon?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the salon. California state board of barbering and cosmetology prohibits any pets in the salon. Service animals are ALWAYS welcome.

If you just happened to be in town and wanted to bring by your pup to see us, because we NEED to give that baby some love, we would never deny your pet that opportunity. ;)
