Salon Policies

 
  • We actually love kiddos!… Just not in the salon. We understand it can be hard to leave your babies with a sitter, but we strive to provide a relaxing environment for ALL our clients. In our experience, we have found it is very difficult for children to sit for sometimes 2-4 hours while you get your hair done. This is YOUR relaxing time too and we want you to enjoy yourself. So, please respect our other clients time and leave the kiddos at home!

  • Yes, the last year -2 years has been quite the whirlwind… for everyone. We are a very diverse salon and cater to clients of all religious and political beliefs. Please be aware of your surroundings if you chose to chat about these touchy subjects. We will not tolerate rude or simply mean comments towards any stylist or other client. We are all just here to get a hairdo and have a good time!

  • We book time JUST for you. Please give your stylist 24-48 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $50 rebooking fee upon next scheduled appointment.

    Running late? We understand it happens! Unfortunately our schedules are tight so that we can see all of our guests. Anyone 15 minutes or more late to their appointment WILL be rescheduled and will have a $50 reschedule fee added to next appointment. Please respect our time.
